To avoid disappointment, please note that bookings require the full value of the booking 50% of which is deemed as deposit, payable within 1 working day from enquiry. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. Nullarbor Cottages will seek full payment for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment of stay.
2. Reservations are confirmed on receipt of payment in full prior to arrival 50% of which is deemed as deposit.
3. Check-out time 11h00 and Check-in time 14h00 unless otherwise arranged.
4. Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
5. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or non arrival.
6. No persons other than those quoted and booked for are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event that it is possible to accommodate any extra person/s in the same room, an additional charge will become payable.
7. Payment Methods:  We accept Visa, MasterCard American Express and Diners Cards.  Travelers’ cheque payments in Rands or Internet transfers are welcome. Payment by personal cheque in SA Rands only if bank guaranteed.
8. Confirmation of Booking: The Terms and Conditions of a booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt by Nullarbor Cottages of the deposit, or client’s credit card details.
9. Nullarbor Cottages reserves the right to change any prices quoted without incurring obligations unless the correct deposit has been received.

Minimum Stays:

1.         Weekends require a minimum of 2 nights for 2 adults sharing.
2.         Long weekends require the full number of nights of the weekend.
3.         Mid Week - no minimum stay or number of persons required
